Founder & CEOShanique V. Ashers Shanique V. Ashers is the founder and CEO of Divanique Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping businesses and professionals align strategy, technology, and personal growth to achieve meaningful results.
The vision for Divanique began through conversations with her father, George V. Ashers Jr., whose encouragement and belief in her potential planted the seed for what would eventually become Divanique LLC. On March 27, 2021, they discussed the idea of Shanique starting her own consulting business. Just a few weeks later, her father passed away on April 14, 2021. Shanique carried forward the inspiration and belief he had in her as she continued working toward that vision.
On March 27, 2023, Shanique officially established Divanique LLC and continued to build her professional foundation. In 2026, she took the next major step by launching Divanique Consulting and committing to growing the business and serving clients with purpose and dedication.
Shanique combines technical expertise with her background as a certified life coach to provide a unique approach to consulting—one that supports both business strategy and personal development. Through Divanique Consulting, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve clarity, enhance their systems, and move forward with confidence.
